Eventex’ Sustainability Efforts
At Eventex, we put great effort into implementing more and more sustainable practices in each edition. Although the Eventex Awards trophies are made of recycled and recyclable materials, they still require a lot to be produced. Then, they have to be carefully packaged and sent across the globe to be transported to their destinations. It’s the opposite of sustainable, and we felt it’s time to reduce our footprint even further. That’s why from this edition onwards, trophies are no longer sent by default to all winners. Platinum and Gold award winners can request a free trophy while Silver, Bronze, and eople’s Choiceawards can be ordered additionally.
Order Trophies
You can order an Eventex trophy for your office, for a partner, or a client. There’s no limit in the number of trophies you can order. You can order trophies you’ve won at this year’s edition or at previous editions.
Platinum and Gold award winners have a free trophy included in their winner package. However, they are no longer sent by default to the winners and need to be requested through this form. Please use the promo code sent to your email.
Silver, Bronze, and People’s Choice award winners don't have a free trophy included in their winner package.

Price
The trophy price is 350 EUR per trophy (excluding VAT). The price covers the trophy, delivery to the address you choose.
Delivery Time
The estimated production and delivery time is 60 days after an official email confirmation by the Eventex Team.
Important Note: The form below is only related to the number of the trophies you want to order. After you complete your order and process the payment, you will receive a unique link and a PIN to enter and submit the information about each trophy.
